National Solo sailing dinghy with trailer in BASIN POCKET, Queensland for sale
LUNA is a National Solo class sailing dinghy built by J.Botterill & Sons of Melbourne. I've owned her for the last 5 years and found her great for learning to sail as she flies even in lighter winds.
Some of her features:
· Unsinkable fibreglass hull with access hatch
· a large mainsail (it was made new when I bought her 5 years ago by Fraser sails), plus the older mainsail.
· timber swing centreboard
· timber rudder with tiller extension
· Self-drainer
· Anchor, chain etc.
· Registered trailer, jockey wheel and lights in working condition

It has been sailing in fresh water mainly in Lake Wivenhoe and the previous owner sailed it in Lake Samsonvale. Rigging doesn’t take long and it’s easily towable by a small car. Selling due to time commitments.
